About Us

Interact Magazine is a quarterly publication distributed around the UK and Europe. It aims to deliver a platform for dialogue between students from different faiths and increase awareness and understanding about different religions and beliefs, whilst providing students with the means to express their views and opinions on current affairs, religion, arts, philosophy and society.

Run by Interact (Interfaith Action) the magazine is the United Kindom's only faith based student run magazine and focuses on issues of religion and culture that affect young people of all faiths and backgrounds, across the continent. It provides young people aged 16-25 with the opportunity to work with each other to create an engaging and thought-provoking publication, from start to finish.  It is produced by a volunteer editorial team, which is unique each of issue who for around 8 to 10 weeks write the main features and articles and create the design and layout. In addition approximately freelance volunteers contribute ideas, articles, opinion columns, short stories and poems.

This website features the most up-to-date work by our volunteers. You can find articles written by our editorial team as well as artwork and photographs from our graphic designers and photographers. The blog is a new venture that offers the opportunity to those who are unable to join the team due to location or time constraints. We are always on the hunt for new contributors, get involved and contact us!
